Our Founders
Two teachers. Two perspectives. One reason we started Sculpt’d.
We didn't meet because we taught the same things.
We met as students of one another.
We actually approach movement from very different places. Along the way, we realized that was exactly what made working together so magnetic.
Katlyn comes to teaching through science, strength, and a fascination with how the body changes throughout life.
Lilian comes through decades of movement study, Ashtanga Yoga, Pilates, and a curiosity about how years of dedicated practice can transform the way someone moves.
We don't always see things the same way.
That's kind of the point.
What we share is what matters most: we care about teaching, but even more, we care about the people in front of us.
You should be challenged when you're capable of more. You should be given another option when something isn't working. And getting older shouldn't mean expecting less from your body or pretending it hasn't changed.
We want you to get stronger. We want you to feel good in your body. We want you to understand it better.
And yes, we want you to look damn good, too.
That's why we started Sculpt’d.
For you.

Strength · Mat Pilates · Lagree
Strength, done differently.
I believe you should build the body you want now while setting the foundation of strength you'll need later in life.
I specialize in strength training, using Pilates principles when they can help you develop better control, precision, and awareness. I pay attention to how you move, what you're ready for, what has changed, and what might work better now than it did before.
My approach is rooted in understanding how the body changes throughout life and knowing that what worked a few years ago isn't always what works best now.
My background in Biomedical Science, Holistic Nutrition, Pilates, Lagree, and more than a decade teaching exercise allows me to bridge science-based education with what actually works on real bodies.
My goal isn't simply to lift heavier or make every workout harder. It's to build strength, create visible change, and develop a foundation that keeps serving you later.
And yes, building hot, sexy bodies is a perfectly good reason to show up, too.

Ashtanga Yoga · Classical Pilates
Attention, done differently.
I’ve spent more than 20 years studying movement, and I’m still fascinated by it.
My practice began with yoga in 2006, and Ashtanga became the foundation of how I practice and teach. Over the years, that study expanded into Classical Pilates, strength, mobility, and thousands of hours of teaching.
Knowing movement is one thing. Knowing how to teach it is another. You have to know how to bring that knowledge to the person in front of you.
I care deeply about getting better at what I do. I’m always refining how I teach, how I explain, and how I help someone understand their own body.
I take my teaching seriously. I just don't think everything around it has to be so serious.
I want you to work hard. I want you to get stronger. I want you to develop better mobility, control, and resilience. And I want you to enjoy yourself while you're doing it.
Movement should challenge you, but it should also leave you feeling capable, accomplished, and maybe even a little amused by how much you just did.
And then, just when you think you're finished:
“Okay, now one more hour.”
